Location. The Sheraton Burlington Hotel & Conference Center is located in Burlington, Vt., adjacent to the University of Vermont and five miles from the Ethan Allen Homestead. Ethan Allen settled in Burlington and built his home in 1787. The Vermont Teddy Bear Factory is seven miles away. Burlington is located between the Adirondack and Green mountains on Lake Champlain's eastern shore.
