Location. Perched on a 22 acre hillside in Wailea, Hawaii, sits the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort and Spa. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and tropical gardens on the island of Maui, this eight story hotel is adjacent to the Wailea Blue Golf Course and one mile from other color coded Wailea golf courses. The Shops at Wailea are less than one mile from the resort.

Hotel Features. The Wailea Beach Marriott Resort and Spa includes Polynesian themed features including ponds. At night, resort pathways are illuminated by the soft glow of torches. Surrounded by cabanas, the pool complex showcases an outdoor pool and children's pool and provides towel service. The resort offers activities programs that include high speed Internet access and discounts for scuba diving school and daily rental of snorkel gear for two guests. The concierge desk staff can arrange tours and excursions of the area. The Mandara Spa offers massages and other health and beauty treatments. Hula Moon's Restaurant, overlooks the main pool complex and provides panoramic views of the ocean. The eatery serves expansive buffet style breakfasts and a la carte dinners featuring indigenous fish. Kumu Bar & Grill provides salads, sandwiches, fresh fish and steaks in an open air setting. Hawaiian entertainment is featured nightly.

Guestrooms. The Wailea Beach Marriott Resort and Spa offers 521 guestrooms featuring a range of ocean views. Guestrooms feature a combination of modern and traditional Hawaiian d�cor in cream and soft blue colors. Modern furnishings include marble floors, subdued lighting, granite vanities and sitting areas with loveseats and easy chairs. Bedding includes custom comforters, pillowtop mattresses, bolster pillows and 400 thread count linens. Standard amenities include cable television, CD players, video game consoles and high speed Internet access for a fee. Refrigerators and coffeemakers are provided.

Expert Tip. The Wailea Beach Marriott Resort and Spa offers the Honua Ula Luau Dinner Show featuring Hawaiian buffet, complete with slow cooked pork unearthed in a pit as the sun sets.
